1. How long will it take to get an order?
1 week upon confirmation of order and artwork. For Custom make, it will take 3 weeks.

2. What is the largest print area?
We can print to a maximum of A3 size. However, we may be able to go beyond this depending on the artwork.

3. Can I combine different colors of garments for my order?
Yes, you can mix different shirt colors.

4. What is the minimum order for business?
12pcs if you choose from our t-shirt catalog. For Custom made, the minimum is 100pcs.

5. Do I have to provide the artwork or can you create something for me?
Yes. You can email us your artwork. Preferably in bold lines if hand drawn, with white background, and in actual printed size or bigger. If you need us to create for you, no problem, just give us a brief idea of what you want and we will email it to you.

6. Can we pay after we receive the order?
We prefer that payment is made prior to printing.

7. Can I pay when I pick up the garment?
Yes. However we would still need to have 50% of the order paid prior to printing and the balance can be paid at time of pick up.

8. What are your office hours?
We are open Mondays-Fridays 9.30-6.00pm. (Kindly avoid lunch hour between 12.30-1.30pm). If you really need to come during our lunch hour, just let us know in advance.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and business cheque and cash.
